
Family, friends, even the old man at the corner store. They all have their own tried and true insomnia cures to offer you on a moments notice – should you mention you are tired. What these well meaning people say is often notoriously oversimplified, comical and sometimes downright infuriating. These are the people who just don’t get why insomnia is a serious problem, because for them – as for most – sleeping and feeling rested in the day is a natural and automatic function of their physiology.
